Embedding cords
The photograph shows a TPE profile with an embedded cord. It can either be a thin polyester or PP thread.
Use
Cords prevent the stretching of the profile during fitting, and the subsequent shrinking of the thermoplastic material. The pictured profile is to be used as a seal in windows. |
